Does anyone know how to do this?

I have an old program I wrote using vb.net 2005 that has this function, but I've since lost the source for it (why you should always do backups before an OS upgrade)

I've gone insane looking through google, the only things I can find are references to Doug Knox's createrestorepoint.exe that we use here, and a vbscript from windows 2000/me. Along with a slew of people complaining that you don't need to make restore points.

I know it was a really simple thing to do, and I am feeling stupid as a pencil that I can't think of how I did it.
Can anyone point me at something that is actually useful for vb.net?
