i ran search and destroy and i was looking at the bottom of what it searched through and it said Virtumonde.dll and .sci for the longest time and while looking through my processes i found lsass.exe and more im not sure of. I ran malwarebytes and it didnt find anything but these are still there:(

EDIT: im sorry if this is not enough info i really have no clue what to do about this and my bitdefender just expired today...
