Ever since I updated from MSIE 7 to MSIE 8.0, the aggravating browser refuses to allow me to use the Google Search dialog to look up anything whatsoever. Every time I use it, the browser keeps saying that my security settings won't allow sending html data. However, I
DO have MSIE set in Internet Options as ENABLED for Sending HTML forms data. I need to know if there is any way to get MSIE to work
correctly with the Google search. I use Google Toolbar in Firefox v3.5.3, and it has no trouble whatsoever with searching for things in Google. But MSIE seems to have it in for Google.

Does anyone have definite info on how to get rid of this frustrating problem? I do NOT suspect a virus has anything to do with this. I have Norton Internet Security 2009, Spybot S&D v1.62, and WinPatrol all running - and none of them have indicated that there are any viruses on my system. Any help will be much appreciated. I also have HijackThis installed, and know how to use it. Donald.
