Ok Everest report looks good other then the memory and that you have said is already maxed out.
Need the Autoruns log now as I believe this is where the issue is.
Download Autoruns from the link in my signature below:
1: Extract the Autoruns Zip file contents to a folder.
2: Double-click the "Autoruns.exe".
3: Click on the "Everything" tab
4: Remove any entries that mention "File Not Found" by right-clicking the entry and select Delete.
5: Go to File then to Export As.
6: Save AutoRuns.txt file to know location.
7: Attach to your next reply.
First click on File
Then in that drop down menu click on Export As
Save the Autoruns.txt to your Desktop as this will make it easy to find.
When replying click on the Add Reply button and NOT the Fast Reply button.
Below where you type in your response you will see the browse and upload file buttons.
Browse and click on the Autoruns.txt file you saved on your desktop earlier.
When that is done then click on the Upload button.
If done correctly you will see a message to the left that says file uploaded successfully.
Scroll down and click on add reply button.
The file then should be attached.
