I do not want to tempt fate, but no crashes since last restart. :)
Thank you ever so much if this is the issue, we can both hope.

Fingers crossed. Let's see what happens for a day or two. If it makes it that long then I believe the culprit has been found. :)

Hmm interesting two of the crashes were because of the system itself but one is caused by video.
Go to Start then in the search box type in devmgmt.msc and click Enter
Is there any yellow exclamation marks or red X's?
Especially looking at the video section.

That was my confusion, i updated drivers, i checked if they are faulty, everything seems okay that end, yet the BSOD point to a device error.
Very confusing but thank you for your time. :/

I think what is going to have to happen is a in place upgrade of win 7. That is like a repair installation in XP.

So let me ask you can't get into windows at all right now?
How about data you need to save?
Is there another hd you can backup things to or a external drive?

Backup just the data you need to keep. The programs you can reinstall if needed.
We will then attempt to do a repair installation or upgrade as Win 7 calls it now. If that doens't work then we will have to try a parallel installation. If that still does not work then the only option is to format and reinstall.
I myself opt for option one and then if that doesn't work then go to fresh install. It all depends on what you would like to do.
If you have the Win 7 installation disk and don't want to do the other steps, then let me know and as soon as you get the backup of data done then we can do a format and install.
