When it comes to my computer, I can be very patient. This post was for my boss' computer and she couldn't afford to go another day without the work computer. She had to reboot and restore the entire thing from scratch.

Believe me though, she and I appreciate your help very much!

I actually have a few problems of my own on my computer so I will be making a new post in a minute. I will make sure I carry through the directions all the way to the end.
