Hi,
I have tried getting help from the Norton Community site, and I was referred to you guys for more help.

I have been haing a box pop up on my screen everytime I try to open a program. The box says "C:\Windows\System32\drvstore32.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support."

I ran a Malwarebyte scan and a GMER scan if you need to see the logs for those.

Any help would be very much appreciated. Thank you!

aburhans

This log is from the Malwarebytes scan, but it would not let me upload the log from GMER.

I followed all of the steps in the "Malware and Spyware Cleaning Guide", so I have the logs. I don't know what is wrong with my computer and some help or advice would be really awesome.
