Got my daughter a new 4gb SansaFuze for Christmas and installed all the software and downloaded the required files from Sandisk to convert videos to put on the MP3 player. So far no success at all,and a quick Google search tells me this is a common problem.
I would really appreciate it if someone knows the "fix" so my little girl can enjoy her new Fuze.

Thanks!

You can go to Download.com and get a program called Orbit Downloader. It'll be part of your browser, when you see any flash video it allows you to load Orbit, refresh, and it grabs the video. You can then convert the .flv file to what ever format is required for the mp3 player. Likely .mp4.
Edit: You'll need to search for FLV to mp4 converter on download.com as well.
