I am unable to unlock the parental controls in iTunes 9.0. I receive the following error message after I enter the password that I use to log into the computer... "The parental control preference could not be unlocked because the user "dw00521" does not have administrative privileges." I don't ever remember creating or adding parental controls. I am the only user of this computer. I cannot access the iTunes store or execute home sharing since these items are turned off in parental controls. Would appreciate any help in how to resolve. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes without any luck. I attached the itunes diagnostic report. For some reason, the diagnostic report says that the date and time are not set correctly, but I checked and both are accurate. Appreciate any help I can get...
