I am using microsoft word from Office 97. My operating system is Windows XP. I can't print on HP J4680. It goes to the printer que but never prints. No error messages. I can print from notebook and other programs.

Is your printer driver up to date? I understand that other programs print fine, but a defective/out of date printer driver could be part of the problem. I would recommend updating the printer driver and see if there is an improvement.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the entire program and everything seems to be working great. Thanks for the advice.
