I just reinstalled Vista today on my laptop. It's a Gateway, and I think its called an SA1.

I want to turn off the scrolling on my touchpad, but I when I go to mouse options in control panel, there is no tab where device manager should be. I remember before the reinstall there was a tab on the far right with a red logo of some kind that said "device manager" or something like that. It was there that I could turn scrolling on/off. All there is now is Buttons, Pointers, Pointer Options, Wheel, and Hardware.

What's wrong?

Hi and welcome to G2G :)
How did you reinstall Vista? Some how I feel the generic Vista drivers are in use. You should head over to Gateway - and download and install the requisite driver for your LT. :)
