I"VE had it with IE 8 itconstantly goes no response and I waste time sending "Error Reports . What is the best way to download an alternate Browser? I'm ssssick andired of I E 8.Any help would be appreciated

Use another computer to download another browser installation file and move it to THIS computer, using USB flash drive.
