KLIZAVI in my Phone Memory

Hi all,

I use MagicJack and some how this file KLIZAVI has gotten into the "Phone" drive (within My Computer). It used to show only one file in there "DONT USE THIS DRIVE" but now also shows this folder. When I hit autorun, it asks me to run 'system.exe'. Upon scanning with Ad-Aware it says that it's not malware while I'm certain it is!

Any help appreciated :-)
