How do i delete video's from my ipod useing itunes?

On the left side of the iTunes program, choose Movies. Right-click the videos you wish to delete, and choose Delete. Plug your ipod into the computer and let it sync with iTunes.

Also, might I suggest you try out free software such as Sharepod, where you can access your music from any computer, and put the program right on your ipod. SHAREPOD
