Windows 7 taskbar Autohide

Hi, I'm useing the auto-hide option on the taskbar, but i can't find any options to sett so it never pops over what in doing, WinXP had an option that say, Allways on top, but I can't find in win7

Anyone got a tweak for this.

You don't. It's not an option any longer in Windows 7.
Third party solutions are available that change this behaviour. Have a Google.
