Bogon

I'm still getting hit hard by bogon hard
PeerBlock has been stopping them sometimes
I found something else which had ahold of norton and deleteed it with revo uninstaller and then norton found a url redirector there was and I beleive still is something on here still

I wonder if you've got a router infection, they show no signs in the log

Try resetting your router to factory defaults. You also need to reconfigure any security settings you had in place prior to the reset. Check out this site here for video tutorials on how to properly configure your router's encryption and security settings. You may also need to consult with your Internet service provider to find out which DNS servers your network should be using.
