Virus infect .dll files. lots of errors

I had a virus something fake tronjan alert. Now I cant open half my programs. Here are some .dll that have been effected. Let me know if you want OTL. gmer doesn't work, mbam cant find anything.

oledlg.dll
zlibwapi.dll
libexpatw.dll
winhttp.dll
riched20.dll

How can I fix most my .dll it seems to get worst as time passes

I was just able to install bullguard. the firewall does not work but, after a complete check 0 virus also. MBAM had found a hijack mallware which i deleted.
