I booted up my lap top, started to run TFC. Then my screen went blue, nothing. I did ctrl, alt, delete. From that a "search window" came up. Something like windows will fine, I tried windows, vista, desktop nothing. I put in google and it took me right there! My next step, Geeks to go of course. The only thing I have showing is my wallpaper. I have all the malware programs downloaded but can't get to them. Anti virus, Avast. My email I can receive email on my PC.I am running Vista.
Thank you
Fran Hall
