confused on how to connect my laptop to tv

I have a VGA output on my laptop and a s-video and RCA-red,yellow,white input in my TV, I know that much but I still can't find out if I can send both video/audio to my TV with these connections? I dont wanna spend alot on an adaptor box either but I can't find any good wire adaptors. any help is very much appriciated.

well I found out that the b130 series cant do TV output, owell :)
