After a few minutes of using the computer everything gets messed up in my taskbar, if the volume was high it will be high no matter what i do and if i double click the sound icon my taskbar goes crazy and turns to the "classic" look. Im using XP. But the worst of it all is the fact that the same thing happens with my internet connection, when my taskbar goes nuts my connection is lost.
