LZ32.dll is a Windows file (ie built in to Windows), so if the error says the file is "missing or corrupt" you might be able to correct it with System Restore.
Fialing that, put your Windows installation CD in the drive and run the 'system file checker' by clicking Start >> Run, type SFC /scannow, then click [OK]
