WOW great catch on the memory 123Runner I was basing my finding on the total memory but with what you posted I think the main culprit is memory.
The defrag problem is annoying but as we both have said there are some files that won't defrag.
Sometimes TFC doesn't work correctly with some system so try this.

Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune.

Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Under Main choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.
If you use Firefox browserClick Firefox at the top and choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.
NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt.
If you use Opera browserClick Opera at the top and choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.
NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt.
Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.
For Technical Support, double-click the e-mail address located at the bottom of each menu.
[/list]
If this does not work then:

Go to:

Start and then My Computer
Right Click On "C" drive and then click on Properties
Click on Tools tab at the top
In the Error Checking field click Check Now

When that is done

Rerun Auslogics Defrag.

Reboot and let me know how system is running now

You have 2 separate problems going on.
Adding memory will speed up the overall startup of the computer as well as overall speed of use.
The computer is choking itself with so little. With only 47mb free it will/ is very slow.

From the Everest report
Physical Memory:
Total 479 MB
Used 432 MB
Free 47 MB
Utilization 90 %

Some files won't be defragged.
Are you backing up the drive as a image file? Because image files will have a hard time defragging.
What is your email program? The files associated with email can be quite large.

No. Drive not backed up as an image file. 2 email programs with heavy use, Yahoo and Hotmail.
