I cant get out of Debugging mode

How do i get out of debug mode. Everytime i press F8 to go into sage mode its going back to debug mode hwich i put it into to try fix my pc wacko.gif

Repair option didnt work prior to this either. Every time i chose that option the pc would switch off

Problm started when i tried to use Winutilities to delete duplicate files and it wiped away all my photos, music, documents etc. In addition to this all the programs icons have disappared on th desktop.Even when i click start adn choose all progrms, every program is coming back saying empty even though i know they are still in the computer. I know this because i an start the programs if i go into progrma sfiles and access them from there.

I am so confused.

Help please. Need recover my photos and stuff sad.gif
