We have animals, yes. :D

So now I see that the normal temp for my machine is 78. It crashes when I get above 95. Can I vacuum it instead of using air?

Can I vacuum it instead of using air?

Absolutely not as this may damage the fan or fans along with possibly pulling something loose from the motherboard.
If you have no canned air then use a very soft bristle paint brush (small size) to wipe out the fans.
If you have no brush then you will need a can of air. One word of caution when using the air.
Do not turn the can upside down while spraying. This will allow moisture to escape and cause damage to the motherboard
