If you give me links to what you are describing I will take a look at it.
Also does the side of your case have a place for a fan right where the GPU will be sitting like this one HERE?
If you look at this case it has a fan in the front where the red shows through and on the side you can see where another large fan is sitting. Right above that you can see the rear cooling fan in the back of the case.
This is the case I have and i have no heat issues at all.

GPU looks great and should solve your heating issues with no problem.
The cooling system I read and noticed this:

The fanless design ensures complete noiselessness and maintenance-free operation.

Now with the fan on the GPU already you really should not need this to help at all.
It in fact will impede the fan on the GPU from working correctly.
The fan is impressive but make sure you have a place to mount it. Since you have no intake fan I would suggest putting it in the front of the case in front of where the hd's are set and have it pull air into the case.

OK, sounds like a generic case which could present a problem.
How about under the PSU is there like a round pattern design with 4 holes on what would be corners for a fan mount on the back of the case? It would look like this below.

Well this is not going to work then. From what you are describing I can see no place to put a second case cooling fan in then.
