Cant communicate with my router

Please if anyone know about following problem let me know asap.

I have a linksys router WRT300N, after reseting for many time it seems i cant communicate with it although i use default ip(192.168.1.1) in my iexplorer. i have a pc and a laptop(has wireless) with another adsl modem(cable) and i like to have a small lan in my home that through them i could connect to the internet. if anyone can tell me how could i setup my router I'll be appreciate.
