Alright, for some reason I can't open links so the website is getting hard for me but here are my probs.

- Whenever I scroll up or down on a window, it takes a really long time to do so
- The bar on the bottom of the screen with the start menu on it doesn't show the websites or the folders that are currently open
- I can't open links to other websites.

Those are the main problems that I have no idea how to fix.

He also uses Windows XP Home Edition Version 2002 Service Pack 1.

Having service pack 1 leaves open many security holes especially if you are not using a firewall. Gerry is probably going to tell you to go here first
