I have a blind family member that speaks a rare foreign language. To tell her the time, she has a device which will tell her the time only, in English. I would like to create a small, simple handheld device which will tell her the month, day of the week, date, and time in both English and her native language, which I can provide audio for. I have 0 knowledge about software/hardware interaction.
