I am online when suddenly this message pops up, it says:
VERSION CONFLICT
A FILE BEING COPIED IS OLDER THAN THE FILE CURRENTLY ON YOUR COMPUTER. IT IS RECCOMENDED YOU KEEP YOUR CURRENT FILE.
FILE NAME: MSKSSRV.SYS
DESCRIPTION: MS KS SERVER
Does anyone know what this is??? I am not coping any files, is this a virus. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Let us take a closer look at what is running on your PC. We'll need you to use a free diagnostic tool (HiJackThis) and post a log back here with the results.

Click the HijackThis Guide in my signature, download it and follow the instructions in the guide.

Most of what it lists will be harmless or even essential, DO NOT delete or modify anything yet! Someone will be along to tell you what steps to take after you post the contents of the scan results.

I'd guess you have automatic updates turned on, and WindowsUpdate is asking about replacing the file. I'd just keep the exisiting file since it's newer, and see if the message goes away.
