Can't install Virus Software

I was having some problems with Redirects and wuauclt.exe, after running OTL I ran ComboFix but it would not run with my virus software loaded. I was using AVG, had to uninstalled it. After running ComboFix, the PC seems to be running OK (but it's done this before.

When I try to install a new Virus software program I keep getting errors saying there is already a program running. I removed everything that resembles a virus program and I have run AppRemover, which came back clean. Still cannot install a new program without getting an error. Have tried to install AVG, AVAST and MS Security Essentials.

I'm attaching the last OTL log I ran.
