BSOD help plz

Hi im new but not a noobie my laptop been upsetting me latley at least once and hour i get the BSOD first one read out to be atrh.sys was a driver problem with wireless so got a atheros wireless ar5007 64bit driver installed in safe mode and boom 20min later BSOD so ok whatever plug the ethernet cable in have nvidia network config tried downloading something ten min later BSOD tcpip.sys did the netsh or something like that in the comand prompt hasnt done it since but its driving me nuts any help is awesome reloaded windows about 3 times in 2 days so its gettin upsetting lol below is the BSOD txt files

chkdsk checks the disk integrity, file system, allocation tables so it is checking the actual platter.
After you do that then you can try the following to check the system files within windows.

Go HERE and read the tutorial that shows how to do SFC or System File Checker and running in a Elevated Command Prompt in Vista and Win7.
