I bought a dell inspiron for my disabled cousin. however, she does not speak or read english. how can I change windows 7 to spanish? not just the keyboard but all the menus and everything...

With Windows 7 Ultimate, you can work in multiple languages. As such, you can display menus, dialog boxes, help topics, and other text in 35 different languages including Spanish. If you have Ultimate already or plan to upgrade accordingly, you can then download and install a language pack from Windows Update, which is free.
