Serious Pc lag! HELP!

Hey guys, i hope you can help me because i'm at my wits ends with this machine.

The problem is my computer has started lagging when running WoW and Music, and or IMVU and music, or trying to run a flash video in full screen mode

i have tried reinstalling windows 7 twice and this has not solved the problem the only other thing i can think of is either my graphics drivers need updating or my hardware is dying

I tried running 3DMark Vantage and i was getting speeds of 2 fps
witch is ridiculous seen as i used to get stable 27 - 33

Please help me guys, this problem only started about 2 days ago after reinstalling windows

i will try dis-installing my graphics drivers and reinstalling them and post to tell if this worked

Specs:

Processor: Intel core duo 2.13GHz
Ram: 2Gb's DDR2 5300U
Graphics: Nvidia Gefore 8600GT 512Mb
