could someone please walk me thru getting to the download manager and then being able to establish settings for where i would like my files to go. As it is now, it is going thru the motions of downloading to "temp File" but there is no search available that will show me where that temp folder/file is.

while it states that it is downloading (IE) and sometimes it will ask if i wish to save or run and i have chosen both options and neither has been successfull. it goes off into the wild blue yonder or cyber----
