I'm kinda new at this stuff so be easy on me.I got a computer from my sis for a good price. Found i could put more memery in it now its 256, win 98 plus did work ok till i deleted some files while i was cleaning ,i think it was my zero bytes file or something. Now its like it lost a command .it will turn on start to boot up the stop at the DMI files checking .Can any one offer me some help so i can get back on thanks

Do you have a Windows 98 CD? If so, I'd recommend that you remove eveything, and start fresh with a new installation.
If you have the CD and think that would be a good resolution, reply to this topic and we'll walk you through it.
