I have one of the computers in a different location today...I am on it now...and there are NO issues. Which leads me to believe it is router related?

Yes you need to reset the router rather than turn it on and off - what is the make and model again ?

I will need to look again when I am there, but I will. It is a Motorola Surfboard but not sure of model. I could not find anything indicating a reset button

If you could get the make and model I should be able to find out how to do it

This is what I have gathered could you let me know if you can find itThere is typically a reset button on the back or bottom of these modems. It is very small and will need to be pressed with a paper clip or some thing of that size. Doing this should reset the modem back to the manufacturing defaults.

that is what I found too, and no, there is nothing like that...just a "standby" button

It will be a very small hole - not a button. Can you see anything like that ?

No I didnt see anything like a reset hole, even pin-sized. I mentioned the button because it is the only feature at all, other than cable and power plugins. Pretty sure that this is the case because other folks have confirmed it online as well. These other folks suggested a power cycle as the only method for resetting, or even going in through installed software.
I do have a Cisco router attached too, and although I am not in front of it now, I can check that for a reset if that helps.
Thanks

OK reading that I can see how it is done
You need to access the modem then go to para 7.4 on the document link you gave me, to locate the configuration page
On that page press the reset all defaults button
To access the modem type into the Internet Explorer address bar 192.168.100.1

Okay, modem reset went fine, even restarted all computers for good measure. Still got the message on my first test of google.
