I am running Vista 32 bit...

I have looked up every error code and tried every fix that I can find on the internet.Have already tried 4 past Restore points as well.

Everything I have tried to do results in "The dependency service or group failed to start"

I am unable to locate the Firewall driver and am unable to download ANYTHING without getting an error. Please help!

I am fairly computer literate, but just can't repair this issue.
