Automatic spam sent from my hotmail account?

I've been sending out spam for the longest of time, and I don't know how to stop it. I have a feeling that its somewhat automatic, as the people in my contact list will send the email back, and my email in turn will send out the same spam message, and this becomes a never ending cycle. The only reason that I found out that my account has been sending out these emails is that [email protected] has notified my of email delivery failure. Someone please help! I've changed my password twice, and even did virus scans on my computer only to turn up with nothing.
