Making Anaglyph 3D video out of Regular

Hi, all

Need your help.

I want to make an anaglyph 3D film out of the footage of my sister's wedding. It will be her present

Heard it's possible to make in Adobe After Effects. But I have never used this program, so it must be difficult for me to understand without any advice. Also on other forum I was recommended 3D Video Converter, which is said to convert any format video to anaglyph 3D. But I don't know.Has anyone used it? Is it good? Or do you know any other software that can solve my 3D issue?
