Hello, I am using html help workshop to create a compiled help file. The file
works when I open it but not after I upload it to a server and download it. How
do I compile the file properly so that it includes all the web pages and so there
are no problems with paths to files i.e. so all web pages are included in the chm
file and are therfore relative ?

I have tried the following:

Setting the list of files associated with the chm so they appear in the [FILES]
list in html help workshop.

I have also tried placing the web pages relative to the path containing the chm

I have successfully run the compiled chm file before it was uploaded and
downloaded from a server.
