Vista 64. i7 [email protected] 6GB RAM
Get "explorer.exe - Application Error The application failed to initialize properly (oxc0000022)" on startup . Used disk to repair startup. Did not work. Reverted to earlier config. Did not work. Can get to safe mode if I push reset button. Any ideas?
