I seem to be having the same problem....But I wasn't aware of any new updates that went on on my PC.
I can't do anything. I can't run an anti-virus, I can't even run System Restore.
It's very frustrating. ¬_¬

I have moved your post to its own thread. Please do not post your problems in another's thread. While it may seem you have similar or the exact problem, it is unlikely you have the same hardware, same programs, or same configurations.

Sounds like malware to me. Go to the Virus, Spyware, Malware Removal forum, read the first post and follow instructions.

Come back here once you get a clean bill of health if you still have problems.
