Hi there, trying to install the new Flash player and it gives me this error. See attached.

I've downloaded the unistaller and the re installer but nothing works, any ideas?

Hello

I am assuming that you still have this installed? if so lets remove it another way. This will remove the following :-

• The program it-self
• Its files and folders
• All left over registry files

This process is straight forward and takes less than 2 minutes. The program I would like you to download and run is called Revo Uninstaller which can be found here Please make sure you download the free version and select advanced removal.

When fully removed delete their uninstaller and installer. Download a fresh installer and try again.
