Yes, I've already changed the screen resolution back, but the screen is still fuzzy.

Also, now that I remember I didn't continue with the installation of the driver because I got this message and it scared me lol.

I continued with the install and when it finished I had to restart the computer. Now everything looks good again, the icons are even back to the order they were in. The catalyst center is now visible, however filehippo still says I need to update the driver like in this picture. Nvidia is gone though.

I would recommend that you ignore that one, have you changed your video cards at any stage ? If so there may be old drivers present that filehippo is detecting
