Perhaps something like this might work a bit better than a walmart fan?

This was just the first one I found. I'm sure there are other and probably cheaper slot cooling fans.

Whole lot easier than trying to replace the Video card fan.

Yup that would work...of course, I am dead broke right now thanks to the last job I worked not paying me even a penny, so in the meantime, Walmart fan it is!
