Windows Vista OEM 32-bit... How to use 64 Bit?

Like, its a toshiba, and kind of old (4yrs) so no vista x64 we're given...

We need x64 now, and i'm just gonna buy Windows 7 64bit...

But, if im correct, upgrade from 32 - 64bit doesnt work right>

Nope you will have to format and install Win7 64 bit fresh. :)
