I have just bought a DC7700p SFF and it has not worked from day 1. The only thing it does is black screen 5 beeps and 5 red led flashes. Tearing my hair out, as sell is insistent that it is the cpu. can you help me with is please

If you have just purchased it then I would return it to the store you bought it from for either warranty repair or replacement.
Since it has not worked from day 1 as you put it then I would say the store has a obligation to repair it or replace the item for you.

It has been 29 days since your last response and I was wondering if the issue has been resolved?
