Safari window locked ... can't delete

My desktop Apple with LION OS ... Safari had a window jump in saying I've won something and to click OK to fill out info to get award. I DID NOT click on OK and don't want to. I cannot delete that window ... have tried lots of things to no avail. Any experience with this here?
