Hello you can disable these from starting up with windows they can be started at any time by double clicking the icon for the program if need be.
to do that open ccleaner hit tools startup left click on selected item and disable.

Also you may consider uninstalling online OnlineArmor cause you already have windows firewall,and many people complain of OnlineArmor being a resource hog but the choice is yours.
Next:
Hit start button at lower left hand corner of the screen.Then in the run box type services.msc. Find the service listed below,one at a time. left click it once the option to either stop the service or restart it you should have, stop the service then right click the selected service select properties then change the startup type to manual then left click apply and move on to the next service.

Then can you post the uninstall list from ccleaner,Open ccleaner hit tools uninstall save to text file and post in your next reply.
Next have you defragged your machine if not then run this defrag select defrag and optimize (slower use once a week) just decline installing anything that may come with this like toolbars etc it actually a good defrag program.

EDIT: You can uninstall lavasoft adaware as I dont see it in the startup list and the service is running.
