WIN32:Kolweb-W Trojan Need Help

Need help removing a Win32:Koleb-W Trojan from my computer. First it was the Win32:koleb-N, now W. Have ran several virus scanners Avast, Eset Online scanner and they indicate they have removed it, but on re-scan, it seems they seem to find yet another variant of it.

Any help removing this trojan would be appreciated.
